David Webb New York offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all eligible jewelry pieces within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact. Custom orders and engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact our Client Services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.
Secure the Packaging
Place your jewelry in its original David Webb presentation box and secure it within the shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation and certificates are included.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid FedEx label to your package and drop it off at an authorized FedEx staffed location; please do not use an unstaffed drop box for high-value items.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our master jewelers will inspect the item for quality assurance, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
